Maximum capacity of 30 guests
with a combination of seating and standing
Minimum 3 nights stay is required during normal and shoulder season (a shorter stay may be allowed if adjacent to an existing booking)
Minimum 4 nights stay is required during high season
Peak season events are subject to approval
Event fees USD 850++ (subject to 15.5% tax and service charge)
Option to host small gatherings of up to 20 guests held before/after the main event is available at USD 250++
Banjar Fees IDR 3,000,000 (under 30 pax)

Music and Event Curfew
Security deposit to be paid upon arrival to the villa. This amount of USD 1,000 will be used at the Property Management Company's discretion to cover cost of service or replacement in case of breakages or damages to the property prior, during or after the event takes place.
Note: Security deposit is 100% refundable if there are no damages to the property. You may choose one of two options, to be provided upon arrival at the villa in cash or to provide your credit card details to us so that we may hold the security deposit on your behalf.
