Padang Padang Beach is one of Bali’s most popular surf spots. Locally referred to as Pantai Labuan Sait and featured in the ‘Eat, Pray, Love’ movie, it is 8.7km from Villa Kapungkur, and boasts a 100-metre-long stretch of sand accessible through a hollow rock entrance. The waves are for advanced surfers, but the beach is great for the whole family.

This 11th-century temple (12.2km) is balanced on the edge of a rocky cape, overhanging perpendicular cliffs 70 metres above the Indian Ocean. Don’t miss the Kecak fire dance, performed daily at 6pm at the amphitheatre.

“A wonderful place to stay in.”
We had a wonderful family gathering at Villa Kapungkur. The service was excellent, the villa fabulously designed. Overall, a fabulous location to relax, enjoy, and chill together. The rooms were well designed and located ideally. It is connected to nature, has a good design, and I would like to visit here again. We loved this villa. The staff was lovely and so helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
